April, an educated woman, who struggles to find work in a post pandemic world where all livestock have been wiped off. Her narrative is interrupted by commercials of various products sold by Cultured, a sprawling conglomerate that owns the technology that “grows” meat. But when April signs with Culture Farm, out of desperation, the dark truth behind the precarious technology is revealed.
